Arrivederci, Mucche!

In just under eight hours we will be airborne for Rome. Then a brief layover and a hop, skip, and a jump to Venice where we'll start our twelve day romp of Italy. Even though I'm not one hundred percent up to speed just yet (fortunately, I have a vast supply of pharmaceuticals at my disposal which will make life very fuzzy and enjoyable), I'm terribly excited. And K., well, don't get me started. I've had to tranquilize him three times since sunrise. Blogging will be light, if I even get a chance at all, but expect lots of photos and stories when I return. We're back in town on March 21. Ciao!

I'm sure you will have already taken flight by now but I still wanted to wish you a great trip and I look forward to seeing photos. Enjoy!

Bon Voyage! (or whatever it is they say in Italian) And don't eat the bread they give you, it gives you away as a tourist! ;)
