Barnyard Blind Item

Which bovine-inspired big city blogger, after a long night out mixing gin, beer and tequila, was recently seen shuffling down his apartment building's hallway with his jeans and briefs around his ankles and waving his shirt in the air, saying "Look, I'm the crazy naked Greek Lady next door, I'm the crazy naked Greek Lady next door!"?
