The Rambles

It's been a long week and my brain is fried. Two late nights at the office.

I haven't been to the gym all week.

Finding one of his books proved harder than I anticipated. But I have prevailed.

Scissor Sisters kick some major ass.

When your boss invites you to a family party at her house on a Saturday night, for the love of god, make up other plans.

When talking about Big Brother 5 and discussing the week's veto ceremony, uttering the words "I'm devastated" and sighing heavily means you are far too invested.

I should have shaved this morning. But that would have meant getting out of bed before 9:00.

When watching The Amazing Race and getting all misty when a team gets eliminated, while simultaneously praying for a painful death for other teams, you are far too invested.

I know I should be watching some of the DNC coverage, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

She and I both have headaches. It's quite possible that the microchips implanted in our skulls are calling us back to the secret base in Cleveland so that we can be debriefed on our next mission.

The rhino hasn't made a sound in a day and is either dead or taking a long, long nap.

I want a new tattoo. I just can't figure out what it should be. Or where it should go.

I need to add more pics to the galleries.

I need to get caught up on other blogs.

I need a drink.

More tats=More hot. Well, to an extent.

I forget, do you have one on your lower back? That's a good place.

Nope - right shoulder, middle of back, left hip. I thought of lower back, but I'm not sure that would look good with one directly above it. I thought perhaps one of the ankles...

Ah! I'm glad to hear that your persistence was rewarded.

His books ARE hard to find!

Did someone say "drink"? Amen to that, brother!

I think the lower back tattoo would still work with one above it. Of course, that all depends on what the lower back tattoo would be.

"She and I both have headaches. It's quite possible that the microchips implanted in our skulls are calling us back to the secret base in Cleveland so that we can be debriefed on our next mission."

That, or Lilith Crane is back in town.

I'm glad you're liking the CBS shows. But "I'm devastated" really was a bit much. Let's go tatoo shopping (if) when I get home. I'm ready for a new one too.
